1. Introduction

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted on the Website has been removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material's prior URL, a signature, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, the Administration may forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 10–14 business days, the disabled content may be restored at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

The Website operates a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts, content managers, or uploaders who are determined to have repeatedly infringed intellectual property rights will be permanently banned, and their access to our infrastructure will be terminated without recourse.
